Encryption
Traffic between your device and Menuzio is encrypted with TLS 1.2+, and passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
Access controls
Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate, support, or secure the service.
Payments
Payments are handled in person, in-store, or by the delivery driver. Menuzio does not store credit card numbers and is not acting as the payment processor.
Backups and continuity
We maintain encrypted backups and monitor the platform to reduce incident impact and support timely recovery.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you have identified a vulnerability or security incident, email privacy@menuzio.ca with as much detail as possible. We review reports, take corrective action based on risk, and notify affected parties when required by law.
We share only the information that is strictly necessary with providers that support hosting, communications, or analytics for the service.
