These terms govern the use of the Menuzio platform by subscribing restaurants. By creating an account, using the dashboard, or embedding the ordering widget, you agree to these terms.
What you get
Software to accept orders, manage your menu, print kitchen tickets, and run your POS operations.
What we do not do
We do not prepare food, perform delivery, or collect customer payments on your behalf.
Who is covered
Menuzio, the subscribing restaurant, and the end customer placing an order through your site.
Menuzio provides cloud software for online ordering, delivery zone management, kitchen printing, and POS workflows. Food preparation, product quality, menu accuracy, and delivery fulfillment remain entirely your responsibility.
Useful definitions
“Menuzio” means the company operating menuzio.ca. “You” means the subscribing restaurant. “End customer” means the person who places an order through your ordering interface.
End-customer payments
Payments are handled in person, in-store, or by the delivery driver. Menuzio does not collect funds on your behalf and does not store credit card numbers.
Menuzio subscription
You pay a fixed monthly subscription based on your selected plan. No per-order commissions apply.
Cancellation
Subscriptions have no long-term commitment and can be cancelled effective at the end of the paid period through the dashboard or by emailing support@menuzio.ca.

Full refund during the first 30 days if you are not satisfied.

Intellectual property
The Menuzio software, brand, and code belong to us. You retain ownership of your menu, photos, and brand, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display them in the ordering widget we operate on your behalf.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled downtime is announced in advance when reasonably possible.
Service credit
If an outage exceeds 4 consecutive hours, a prorated service credit may be issued for the affected period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menuzio’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Menuzio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
